How long does shipping take?+
Most lanes ship weekly; transit is 5–10 days door-to-door once we receive your package.
Do you handle customs?+
Yes — we prepare the documents and coordinate with our local partners on arrival.
Can I ship fragile items?+
Yes. Tell us in your quote and we'll add the fragile surcharge and use appropriate packaging.
How do I pay?+
Card via Square (online), or cash, Zelle, Wave, Orange Money, or bank transfer at our shop.
Pickup or door-to-door?+
Pickup at our shop is the default. Door-to-door is available in select cities for an extra fee.
How do I track my shipment?+
Use the tracking number we send — paste it on the Track page or click the link in your SMS or WhatsApp message.
Do you support French?+
Yes. Every quote, label, and notification is available in English or French — your choice.
Is there a weight limit per package?+
Yes, individual packages cap at 70 kg for handling. For larger shipments contact us about commercial freight.
What if my package is delayed or lost?+
We track every shipment end to end. If something goes wrong, our team in Columbus and Dakar coordinates directly with you and your receiver.
